In episode 10 of season 5, entitled Buried, Lydia's decision to murder Declan, because he refused to hire Todd to help run his meth lab, could tie in with the opening scene of episode 9, Blood Money.

We learn in episode 9 that Walt's home has been destroyed when he returns to retrieve some resin that is still hidden in the wall of the home. In the scene the words "Heisenberg" are seen spray-painted across a wall in his house. Heisenberg is the alias Walt went by in his criminal life. So it may be possible that a drug cartel associated with Declan believed Heisenberg was responsible for his murder and went looking for Walt at his home and vandalized it.

There's also the possibility that Lydia and Todd may have went after Walt as well, but that is less likely because there is no apparent motive at this time for them to do so. But there must be some fallout from Declan's murder, and it won't be a total shock if the remaining members of his cartel believe that Walt is somehow responsible in conjunction with Lydia.

Walt may have gone into hiding as a result of the attack on his home, judging by his appearance when he returned to the badly vandalized house: he had a full head of hair for the first time since the show's early seasons and looks like he hasn't showered in weeks. The fact that he came back to retrieve the resin probably means that he is out to kill an adversary. In the past, resin has been Walt's secret weapon in his battles with his most bitter enemies.
