Despite proving to her fans that her booty was 100% natural, Kim Kardashian is still fighting rumors that she underwent plastic surgery.

A source revealed to Life & Style magazine in its special issue, "The Making of Kim Kardashians," secrets to her alleged plastic surgery regime.

"Kim had lipo on her legs and the doctor moved the fat into her butt. That's why it didn't show up on the X-ray," the source, who references the time the 32-year-old reality star had her butt X-rayed on TV to prove it was real, told the magazine.

Back in 2011, Kim reportedly proved that her butt was real by taking an X-ray for her fans on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"My sisters have dared me to get a butt x-ray," Kim said to the doctor at the time. "I really just want to get [it] so I can show the whole world."

The doctor took an x-ray of sister Kourtney Kardashian's breast implants to compare the results to Kim's x-ray shots.

"Hey dolls. The PROOF is in the X-ray. Kim's [butt] is 100% real!!!" Khloe wrote.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Michelle Copeland told Life & Style that the X-ray results are not conclusive proof.

"It definitely appears that Kim had her butt augmented," she says. "An implant has to be radio opaque to show up on an X-ray, so it's possible she has a type of implant that would not be detected."

Meanwhile, Kim stepped out for the first time with baby North West, looking fabulous. The mommy and daughter attended the funeral of Kanye West's grandfather.

Although paparazzi didn't catch a glimpse of the newborn's face, attendees of the funeral said North is beautiful.

"Kim held North close to her but gave guests a glance at the baby, who was dressed in white with cute pink shoes on," one source said.
"She's got a head full of hair and a beautiful olive skin tone."
