Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have not confirmed their romance but they stepped out Monday night holding hands and were photographed by the paparazzi.
Kardashian and West were spotted leaving Scott Disick's new restaurant in New York, according to E!Online.
West reportedly met Kardashian's family earlier the same day, according to celebrities' site TMZ.com.

"The meeting went great and the family thinks they make the perfect couple," a source told the site.
