Kendall Jenner and her boyfriend Julian Brooks' cryptic tweets suggest they might have ended their relationship ahead of Kylie Jenner's 16th birthday party.

Brooks, 19, threw a jab at National Enquirer on Aug. 15 when he tweeted, "f-k national enquirer." The statement was a response to a Aug. 14 report by the publication that claimed Brooks was suspended from the University of Nevada-Reno football team due to an unidentified "violation of team rules."

The newspaper also claimed the anniversary of his father's death was approaching. Dexter Brooks died after he shot himself in the head, according to the report. A source claimed Jenner and her mother, Kris Jenner, were concerned that Julian would possibly follow in his father's footsteps and take him own life.

On Aug, 15, Kendall re-tweeted a friend's statement: "The only good man I've met in my life is my dad." Julian then re-tweeted her second note that day: "Don't who to trust or where to go anymore."

The reality star then followed up with a cryptic re-tweeted message: "A jealous girlfriend is a faithful girlfriend. If she doesn't get jealous when someone has your attention, it's because someone has hers."

With much reference to their personal relationships, after Julian re-tweeted a friend's message saying, "This whole night just went to s--t in EVERY way possible," he wrote "thats what happens when people start being fake" and later, "loyalty and truth is l need."

He wrote on Aug. 16 "never appreciated" and "When youre going through hell, keep going."

On Aug, 17 Kendall wrote, "this time won't you save me?" though she did not directly address anyone.

Brooks sent out a tweet later on quoting Kylie Jenner saying that couldn't wait to party with his friends, the same night as her Sweet 16 birthday party. He later wrote "scrimmage tonight," which meant he was going to play football instead of attending the bash. The next day he wrote on Twitter, "gotta let it  go, gotta let it burn."

The couple's relationship first hit the rumor mill wihen Kendall wrote to Brooks on Twitter in May, "Can't believe it's been a whole year." Julian would later professed his plans to be with her for the long-term when he wrote to a friend on Twitter:"@CALGANGJC: Mm. Kendall Kardashian is going to be my Future GF... Maybe wife haha."

They were last seen together when he was spotted hanging out at Bruce Jenner's Malibu vacation home during the Fourth of July weekend.
