Justin Bieber revealed his desire to have a wife and kids in a recent interview with In Touch published Wednesday.

The 19-year-old pop superstar admitted that he'd like to settle down and have a family one day.

"I can't wait to have a beautiful wife and little kids running around," Bieber told the magazine, adding that he wasn't entirely sure when that would be, though. "Those things are in God's hands, not mine."

The Beauty and a Beat singer has made headlines recently for his relatively bad behavior, including getting detained for drug possession, his brawls with the paparazzi and saying "f--- Bill Clinton" upon seeing a picture of the former president.

Bieber broke up with his on-again-off-again girlfriend, fellow pop star Selena Gomez in late 2012 but admitted that being in love is fun.

"I'm not going to lie. It's fun to be young, fall in love and be in love," he told the publication. "My mom taught me how to treat a woman right, so I enjoy taking a girl out and doing nice things for her. Everyone deserves to feel like they are the most special person in the world."

As for his bad behavior, the singer admitted that he wishes people would pay more attention to his music rather than his antics.

"Sometimes I think people get distracted ... and forget that I'm here to create music," Bieber continued. "I put everything I have into my music, and I wish people would focus more on that."

Bieber is up for a Video Music Award for his collaboration with Will.i.am on #thatPOWER. The duo was nominated for Best Choreography. The VMAs will be held Sunday, Aug. 25 at 9 p.m. on MTV. Click here for a list of all the night's performers.
