Season 6 of Parks and Recreation is going to bring in some new faces and bid adieu to some old ones. The most recent additions to the cast feature Orphan Black star Tatiana Maslany and Billy Eichner (Billy on the Street). Rashida Jones (Anne Perkins) and Rob Lowe (Chris Traeger) will be making their exits on the next season.

Maslany's character's story arc -- as Tom Haverford's (Aziz Ansari) new love interest -- will play out over two episodes on the next season.

It was recently revealed that Jones will be leaving the show mid-season to start work on Ladyballs, a new series by Warner Brothers. The show is about two women in New York, who after realizing they've been dating the same guy, set up a payback-for-hire business.

Eichner will be playing the role of an Eagleton counterpart of a key Pawnee public servant. Eichner's character is going to stir things up as Donna's (Retta) arch enemy.

"He's one of the funniest human beings I have ever seen in my entire life," executive producer Mike Schur told TVline, "and he's Donna's Eagleton doppelganger."

Season 6 has already locked a host of high-profile guest stars featuring Kristen Bell, Heidi Klum, Henry Winkler, Sam Elliot, and returning guests Lucy Lawless and Ben Schwartz.

Bell (Veronica Mars, House of Lies) character Ingrid will be giving Leslie Knope a lot of grief as a snobbish city councilwoman from Pawnee's neighboring town of Eagleton. Bell will be reuniting with former Party Down co-star Adam Scott (Ben Wyatt) in this episode. She will be shooting for the episode once she wraps with the Veronica Mars movie. The episode is slated to air in October.

Winkler (Happy Days) will be portraying as Jean-Ralphio's (Schwartz) father and Elliot will be playing Ron Swanson's (Nick Offerman) twin.

Klum and Winkler are set to feature in the hour premiere of Season 6, which airs on Sept. 26.
