Britney Spears sold her Beverly Hills mansion for $4.253 Million, according to Celebrities' site TMZ.com.
The bid was higher than the $2.995 Million it was listed for.
The 5-bedroom 6-bathroom Mediterranean villa is located in a 24 hour guard gated Summit in Beverly Hills. The mansion's master suite has a fireplace. It has a pool, spa and a three car garage.

The luxurious home is also the site of Spears' breakdown in 2008 where she was photographed strapped down to a stretcher and being carried out from the house to the hospital.
Spears reportedly bought the property for $6.8 Million in 2007.
