Kim Kardashian took to Twitter Sunday night to tell fans that her boyfriend, Kanye West was the best performer at Sunday's 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.

The 32-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star and new mother of daughter, North West praised Kanye after he performed Blood on the Leaves at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.

"Best performance of the night @kanyewest !!!!!!!!!" Kardashian tweeted to her 18 million followers.

Blood on the Leaves is one of the singles from the new father's latest album Yeezus, which was released in June.

Kardashian was not spotted with Kanye at the VMA's.

The rapper made headlines last Friday when he shared the first image of North while gushing about his love for Kardashian on a taped episode of Kris Jenner's talk show.

On Jenner's show, he criticized the naysayers who have always been negative of his relationship with Kardashian, adding that he loves her and has changed his life.

"I can have people saying this is going to damage your credibility as an artist or a designer, and I say I don't care, I love this woman. When the paparazzi surround you - people know you don't like paparazzi [and they say,] 'Why would you be with this person?' I'm being with this person because I love this person, and she's worth it to me.

Before Kardashian actually became his girlfriend, Kanye revealed that he always "dreamed about being next to her."

Kanye also touched upon being so hurt after his mom, Donda West passed away. He felt as though he had nothing to live for but that changed when he and Kardashian had their new baby.
