A preview video for the Sept. 1 episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey featured Joe Giudice admitting he is afraid of "going away" to prison.

When alone with his wife Teresa Giudice in the hot tub, Joe said he is concerned about going to prison in relation to his identity theft case. The scene was filmed before the couple was indicted for charges related to financial fraud on July 29.

"It's always there, you know what I mean?" Joe said of his pending case. "You get up thinking about it. When you let that out you get a little relieved.

"It's not like I'm a f**king criminal where I've been to f**king prison a million f**king times, ya know? I never f**king killed anybody, never did anything to f**king hurt anybody," he said, adding "I don't belong there and I don't wanna go there."

Teresa then told her husband she was proud of him for expressing his true feelings on-camera.

"It takes a man to talk about issues. That's stuff they don't normally talk about," Teresa said in her on-camera confessional. "My husband is a truthful guy and he doesn't deserve any of this."

Joe also told his wife that during their family trip to Arizona he was happy to go to therapy and it was a success.

"I got so much therapy, I don't think I'll need therapy for the rest of my life."

The cast went on another "healing" adventure that involved a horse that was able to sense fears in people.

A source claimed in a recent report that the Giudices' indictment is a storyline the network would like to see played out on TRJONJ.

"Shooting will start earlier than expected because producers wanted to capture what's happening with Teresa and Joe," a show insider told Wetpaint.

If the husband and wife team end up with house arrest, the network already has a plan in place to continue filming the troubled reality stars.

"If Teresa gets put under house arrest, she'll shoot from home," the source shared.

The new episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will air on Sunday, Sept. 1, at 8/7 p.m. Central on Bravo.
