Mariah Carey has reportedly complained to her record label for putting her Kanye West's career over hers.

According to a new report via Star magazine, an alleged source said Carey accused Def Jam executives of catering to West's "self-centered, mysoginistic" ego and musical style."

"Mariah threw a temper tantrum and accused execs at Island Def Jam of not making the same investment in her as they do in Kanye," the source revealed. "She blew up in a meeting and called Kanye a 'self centered crybaby' and said his music is angry and misogynistic. She kept going, 'Yeezus! Who calls themselves Yeezus?"

The source added that the rapper soon found out about what Carey had to say and was not pleased.

"When word got back to Kanye that Mariah was trash-talking him, he was furious," the source said, adding that the singer also mocked Kanye's relationship with girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

"He called her several times, but Mariah never returned the calls.

Meanwhile, Carey won't be judging next season of American Idol.

E! News has confirmed that American songwriter and music producer Dr. Luke signed on as the third judge for Season 13 of the Fox reality singing competition.

Other reports indicated that music producer Jimmy Iovine, who has the role as an in-house musical mentor for three seasons, is leaving the show and will be replaced by Randy Jackson.

Carey, along with Season 12 judge Nicki Minaj and long-lived judge Jackson announced last season that they would not be returning as judges for Season 13.
