Divorced actress Katie Holmes sparked rumors she may be secretly dating actor Jamie Foxx after the pair appeared to be more than freindly at a recent Hamptons event.

Holmes and Foxx both attended the 4th annual Apollo in the Hampton Benefit, a charity that raises funds to support New York City's famed Apollo Theater on Saturday.

According to New York Post's Page Six, when singer Lenny Kravitz performed American Woman on stage, the couple danced together.

Holmes was reportedly heard saying, "I haven't had such a good time in so long."

E! Online published a photo of the pair locking arms at the event.

People reported Holmes made onlookers question their friendship when she also took sips from Foxx's drinks. Sources revealed when Foxx joined Pharrell on stage for his performance of Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines, Foxx pulled Holmes on stage to join him. She also stayed on stage when Foxx performed Blame It (On The Alcohol.)

Accoring to  Diaryofahollywoodstreetking.com, Holmes and Foxx have been hooking up for "a few months."

"I saw Katie and Jamie at the W Hotel a few months back, so I decided to keep track of Jamie," a source told the urban blog. "I began staking out Jamie's house. The stakeout was a success ... about a month ago, I caught Jamie escorting Katie Holmes into his home. They been having sex on the down low for while ... and nobody knows!!!"

Foxx woulld never likely confess to seeing the former Dawson's Creek actress. He revealed during an appearance on Oprah's Next Chapter in December that he believes the only way to make a relationship work in Hollywood is to not tell anyone who you are seeing. 

"I tell all of my friends in the business, 'Whoever you are dating, don't let anybody know,'" Foxx told the show's host Oprah Winfrey.

When Winfrey asked Foxx if he was "built" for marriage, he said he knows of only one couple that is happily married. "I don't know if I'm built for marriage," he explained.

Holmes shocked the world when she filed for divorce from Hollwyood A-list actor Tom Cruise in July, 2012. The former couple's divorce was finalized on Aug. 21. 2012.

Foxx has been alleged to have been romantically linked to HBO Newsroom star Olivia Munn, actress Vivica A. Fox, Celebrity Apprentice star Claudia Jordan, athlete Cristy Rice and George Clooney's recent ex Stacey Keibler.
