Taylor Swift and Dianna Agron got together with their girlfriends to celebrate Oscar winner Shirley MacLaine's 78th birthday. They dressed up for the occasion and posed for fun pictures in MacLaine's honor. The four girlfriends dressed up in vintage gowns, flower hats and gloves and went out for a meal at Beverly Hotel's Polo Lounge.

Swift tweeted yesterday: "We dressed up full-time fancy and went out in celebration of Shirley MacLaine's birthday."

Agron also tweeted: "Had a long day & don't know what to celebrate later...? Because you need a moment to be young? Find your moments..."

Shirley MacLaine costarred with Taylor Swift in Valentine's Day. The actress herself did not attend the party but the girls ordered a dessert which read "Happy Birthday, Shirley MacLaine".

Meanwhile, Swift has denied rumors that she recently had an operation for breast implants. The rumors were sparked after she was photographed shopping for lingerie in Los Angeles. Rumors of her breast augmentation began to spread last week, with even experts giving their opinion on recent photos of Swift.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told Hollywood Life: "The country star appears to be following in the footsteps of another female country singer, Dolly Parton, and enhanced her breasts."

However, Swifts representative denied the allegations, according to Gossip Cop.
