A few new spoilers were released recently regarding the characters in Once Upon a Time's third season.

Fns can expect Mary Margaret/Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and daughter Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) to bond now that they have a common goal.

"In a lot of ways, Mary Margaret may not be able to bond with Emma, but Bandit Snow and Emma have a lot in common," series co-creator Edward Kitsis told TV Line in a Wednesday report. As Mary, Emma and the others travel to Neverland to rescue Henry (Jared S. Gilmore), Mary will find her more aggressive Snow side coming out

"David (Josh Dallas) and Mary Margaret last year were saying, 'We are both,'" Kitsis continued. "But this year it's, 'We need Snow and Charming.' That's what this mission requires."

A lingering question in their quest to find Henry is what exactly will happen when they rescue him. Fans will find out the answer in the first 11 episodes of season 3 and the group will also learn why Peter Pan and the Lost Boys took Henry in the first place.

"In the first few episodes, you're going to start realizing what [Pan] wants Henry for, but like any good mystery, you won't know the whole picture until you watch the whole 11 episodes," Kitsis told TV Guide in a Tuesday report.

Once Upon a Time would be running for 11 weeks with exclusively new episodes every Sunday, Enstars previously reported. The first group airs this fall.

Season 3 of Once Upon a Time premieres Sunday, Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
