Sandra Bullock stunned as she walked two red carpets in Italy alongside her Gravity co-star George Clooney.

The 49-year-old actress attended the sci-fi drama's premiere overseas wearing a long red gown with her hair in an updo. Clooney kept it classic in a black suit and bow tie.

Prior to their movie's premiere the two also attended the 70th Venice Film Festival to promote the film. Clooney sported a black suit without a tie as Bullock wore a colorblock dress.

Amber Heard At The Paranoia Movie Premiere

The upcoming film focuses on Clooney's character, a veteran astronaut, who becomes stranded in space along with a highly skilled technician played by Bullock. The two characters, who are seen floating through space throughout the film, struggle to get back to Earth. To prepare for her role in the movie Bullock said she worked with professional astronauts.

"They were incredibly helpful, and they gave me an inside visual as to why they do what they do," she told reporters at a press conference for the film. "It was the craziest, most bizarre, and most challenging shoot I've ever done."

While Clooney said his preparation wasn't as intense, he pointed out one challenge he faced while getting into his character.

"Moving slowly to mimic the way the body moves in space while speaking normally," was quite difficult, he told reporters.

Bullock previously explained the reasons she believes this movie is worth watching.

"I think there are so many elements to this film that are going to drive the story," she told Nerdist. "You have the journey, you have where they came from, you have the sound of everyone's breath, and losing their air. Is it the end of their life? What are the choices that they're going to make?"

Directed by Alfonso Cuaron, Gravity comes to U.S. theaters on Oct. 4.
