A new documentary about Justin Bieber, will be launched by IM Global, according to a Deadline report.

Justin Bieber's Believe has been directed by Jon Chu, who helmed the hit concert film Justin Bieber: Never Say Never (2011). The film was produced under a shroud of secrecy and not much word has gotten out about the nature of the project in the media, other than the fact that it follows Bieber's path to becoming a worldwide phenomenon. The documentary will use in-concert footage to navigate Bieber's journery so far.

Opus, IM Global's label, will be handling worldwide sales of the documentary and Open Road will be releasing the film domestically. The documentary is part of IM Global's lineup for the Toronto Film Festival and will be screened for select buyers at the festival.

IM Global's chief Stuart Ford said the company is "engineering its usual full-on assault on the marketplace" ahead of the Toronto Film Festival.

Never Say Never documented the 10 days counting down to one of Bieber's biggest performances at Madison Square Garden on Aug. 31 2010. The concert sold out in a matter of 22 minutes.

The new film takes viewers behind the scenes and uses footage from his performances from his My World tour. Chu also captured a visit Bieber made to his hometown in Canada, when he was there on tour, and includes old videos from his childhood. The documentary featured appearances by the likes of Usher, Miley Cyrus, Jaden Smith, Snoop Dogg, Ludacris and L.A. Reid.
