Singer Cassie Ventura and music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs are facing a lawsuit filed by Clayton Howard, a self-described retired male escort, who alleges Cassie gave him a sexually transmitted disease and had an abortion, according to court documents and reports.

HotNewHipHop reported that Howard, who also identified himself as a law student and claims to have worked as an escort for a decade, has accused Cassie of orchestrating a campaign to harass and discredit him. The allegations come amid ongoing legal battles involving Diddy, who is currently serving a four-year prison sentence in New Jersey.

In a video posted online, Howard criticized Cassie and her legal team, accusing them of trying to dismiss the lawsuit on the basis that the claims are untimely. "Her motion to dismiss attacks me on the timeliness of the allegations, stating now 'it's too late to charge her,'" Howard said as quoted by Page Six. Despite the dismissal efforts, Cassie has not denied the accusations.

Howard also revealed that he sent a message of support to Cassie's husband, Alex Fine, following Cassie's legal action against Diddy. He acknowledged the message was genuine and expressed hope it would lead Cassie to contact him.

Howard further claimed that Cassie admitted to sex trafficking him and lying about him, asserting that numerous men had been manipulated by her over the years.

"The real victims are the men who were manipulated by Jane Does and Cassandra Ventura — the dozens of men this happened to for years," he said.

Diddy's representatives continue to petition for his early release from prison as multiple lawsuits related to his personal life remain active.

Cassie's legal team recently disclosed court filings indicating she no longer lives in the United States and does not plan to return. She reportedly left the United States following her testimony in the high-profile sex crimes trial of Diddy, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Ventura, 39, who testified for four days as a key witness during the trial, recently filed a motion seeking to transfer an ongoing legal dispute with Howard from California to New York.

In her May 1 filing, Ventura argued that New York courts are a more appropriate venue, citing the location of relevant witnesses, corporate defendants incorporated there, and numerous related cases pending in New York courts. She stated, "Ms. Ventura does not reside in the United States, but it is more convenient for her to travel to New York than California."

The singer-songwriter further declared, "I am a citizen of the United States," but added she does not reside in California and currently lives outside the country with no plans to return.
