Fans are undoubtedly eager for the return of CBS' The Big Bang Theory, which will be coming back with its seventh season in just a few weeks.

When it comes to Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Howard (Simon Helberg), the two clearly don't have much in common with one another. However, executive producer Steven Molar did inform TVLine that the two have more similarities than meets the eye, and will be doing something together in the upcoming installment.

"Amy and Howard are one of those [pairings we are playing with]. Without telling you exactly what it is, I will tell you they find something very specific that they bond over, and it's quite charming," he said.

According to Hypable, the returning episode will be titled The Hofstadter Insufficiency, which will refer to Leonard's (Johnny Galecki) four-month trip to the Black Sea for Stephen Hawking.

The CBS network had put out the following synopsis for the season 7 premiere:

"Sheldon and Penny share intimate secrets while Leonard is away at sea, later, Sheldon's feelings are crushed when Leonard returns. Meanwhile, Raj gets consoled about his ex-girlfriend and Wolowitz's relationship with his mother causes an unusual threat to his masculinity."

CBS' The Big Bang Theory is slated to kick off again on Sept. 26. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest details on the popular show.
