Amber Riley is ready to tango her way onto the dance floor for season 17 of Dancing With the Stars. With the support of her Glee co-stars, Riley, who is paired with four-time mirror ball champ Derek Hough on the ABC reality dancing competition, is ready to win.

"She is really excited, and the entire cast is rooting for her," Glee actor Harry Shum Jr. told EnStars on Thursday night at SEGA's Go Dance event at STK Midtown in NYC. "Hopefully, she'll just have a whole row set aside for the [Glee] cast. I'm going to go watch for sure."

Admitting he might be a little biased, Shum predicted that Riley will "win it all."

So what advice does the trainer dancer have for his co-star?

"First off, no twerking," Shum joked. "Seriously, Amber is going to do great. She's dedicated, and I know she can win it."

During an interview with Access Hollywood on Monday, Riley revealed she's feeling the nerves about tackling the dance floor.

"I'm very nervous!" she said. "But it's an exciting nervous, because I'm doing this because it’s fun. I love dancing. It's a different kind of expression."
