Teresa Giudice To Appear On 'The Real Of Housewives of New Jersey Season 5 Reunion Show'?

A source reportedly told Wetpaint in a report ahead of filming that Giudici planned to bring her attorney, Henry Kilingeman to the taping. She reportedly had her lawyer on standby, so he could advise her on what she can and cannot discuss regarding her recent legal troubles. While Giudice wants to desperately clear her name from the charges, she is "extremely limited in what she can talk about," said the insider.

Enstars reported on July 29 Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice were indicted on 39 charges for a wide range of financial offenses, including IRS bank mortgage loan fraud and wire and loan fraud. See the full list of charges here.

"It's very frustrating for her," said the source, who also shared that Dr. V, the therapist who counseled session to help the Giudices and Gorgas work out their family issues, will also appear on the season 5 reunion show.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Spoiler: Teresa & Joe Giudice Fraud Charges Moves Filming Ahead Of Schedule

A show insider revealed in another report that Giudice's recent indictment for 39 charges related to financial fraud is an opportunity the network does not want to miss.

"Shooting will start earlier than expected because producers wanted to capture what's happening with Teresa and Joe," the source told Wetpaint.

With regards to filming season 6 in the future, if Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, end up with house arrest, the network already has a plan in place to continue filming the troubled reality stars.

"If Teresa gets put under house arrest, she'll shoot from home," the source also told Wetpaint

Reality Tea reported on Friday the couple's Newark, NJ trial date scheduled for October 8 has moved to February 24, 2014.

A rep for Bravo has yet to comment on the report and the Giudices' legal problems.

Enstars reported last month the stars from season 5 have not been confirmed to film season 6.
