The season 10 premiere of Grey's Anatomy will pick up right where it left off last season, with Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital struggling to treat patients during a super-storm, and some of the doctors will bring their personal dramas to work with them.

The effort to help patients recover from the storm will be made more difficult when a giant mudslide injures a group of first responders and citizens that then come to the hospital seeking help, according to TV Guide. Photos from the season premiere reveal that Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) finds himself in a love triangle once again, Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) have to work together in the wake of the latter's infidelity and the effects of the storm continue to rage on.

Jackson survived the bus explosion in the season 9 finale and now both his girlfriend, intern Stephanie, and April Kepner (Sarah Drew) want to treat his injuries - after the latter gave him an ultimatum. April told him she would end her engagement to Matthew the paramedic if Jackson wanted to rekindle their romance. Jackson is then seen in a sling standing outside the hospital entrance as he waits for incoming patients.

Callie and Arizona, who cheated with Dr. Boswell in the season 9 finale, will be forced to work together on an injured patient. In the second hour of the premiere episode Callie will make a major decision regarding their relationship, according to the news report. The second hour will also include devastating news that will bring together the Seattle doctors.
