LeBron James is set to wed his longtime girlfriend, Savannah Brinson this weekend and new details have emerged about the big ceremony.

According to New York Post's Page Six, the Miami Heat star has planned to get married during a three-day affair in San Diego, starting this Friday.

The wedding will either be held at Grand Del Mar or Hotel Del Coronado.

Sources indicated that James and Brinson will have a small wedding.

"He cut the list down because he didn't want to have 1,000 people at the wedding," a source said. The Post noted that it's likely to be smaller because it will take place during the Jewish day of atonement, Yom Kippur.

Of course James' teammate Dwyane Wade and girlfriend Gabrielle Union, his childhood friend and longtime manager Maverick Carter, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony and wife La La Anthony and Heat president Pat Riley and head coach Erik Spoelstra are all expected to attend the nuptials.

The festivities are set to kick off with a welcome barbeque on Friday evening before the wedding on Saturday, who will be be followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing to DJs and possibly a live band.

On Sunday, wedding guests will attend a farewell brunch on Sunday to close out the weekend.

Celebrity wedding planner Preston Bailey, who planned the "Lord of The Rings" themed wedding for Sean Parker and Alexandra Lenas, is said to be planning James and Brinson's wedding.

The couple currently lives in Coconut Grove, a Miami suburb. James proposed to Brinson at a New Year's party in 2012 where he was also celebrating his 27th birthday. They have two children: LeBron Jr. and Bryce.
