Randy Jackson revealed his "bromance" with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest and former Idol judge Simon Cowell at Novak Djokovic's charity event in New York City on Tuesday.

Jackson admitted that when the hit competiton show returns, out of everyone he works with, he looks forward to seeing Seacrest the most.

"I am really excited to see Ryan Seacrest," Jackson told Enstars and other media.

He then joked that Seacrest's latest gig as the host of NBC's The Million Second Quiz will make him the "mean one" when he returns to his hosting duties at Idol for season 13.

"He's on some game show or something. He's getting meaner," Jackson quipped.

Jackson said, overall, Idol fans can expect to see a lot of inside jokes from the judges when the season premieres in January.

The veteran judge-turned-mentor also shared his thoughts on former judge Simon Cowell expecting his first child.

He said the reality show producer will be an "amazing" father and shared choice words for the child when it arrives next year. Jackson said he will tell Cowell's son, who is expected to come into the world in February, "This is from uncle Randy. Look, we gotta hang, we gotta roll.'"

"I gotta help the kid with his shoe game," he explained, adding, "and his life will be epic because I'm in it."

The music mogul said he was unsure if he thinks a baby will change Cowell and revealed he is quite different from his TV persona.

"He's mad cool. He's a very deep thinking guy," Jackson said of Cowell. "I think lots of times he sits by the fireplace reading a romance novel. He's a very different guy from what you know."

Jackson spoke to a group of reporters on the red carpet at Djokovic's second annual Foundation Gala Dinner on Sept. 10. The benefit raised $2.5 million to support childhood education in his native Serbia. A bevy of models, fashion designers, athletes and Hollywood A-listers came out to support the cause.

Ricky Gervais, Goldie Hawn, Jesse Metcalfe and his fiance' Cara Santana  attended, also models Naomi Campbell, Angela Lindvall, Adriana Lima, Karlie Kloss and Selita Ebanks and Ryan Lochte in addition to tennis greats John McEnroe and Jimmy Connors. Fashion designers Tommy Hilfiger and Donna Karan also attended as did VOGUE Editor-In-Chief Anna Wintour.
