The Duchess of Cambridge stunned as she walked her first red carpet since giving birth to her son in July.

Accompanied by her husband Prince William, the 31-year-old attended the Tusk Conservation Awards, which honored African conservation, in London on Thursday.

Royal Baby Front Page Covers

There is no sign of any baby weight in her eye-catching silver-sequined and floor length gown designed by Jenny Packham. The dress is priced at $3,205. "Channel old Hollywood glamour in this sumptuous red sequin gown," the site describes the gown.

The British designer also created the blue polka dot dress the Duchess wore as she left the hospital after her delivery, holding her newborn, George, and with her husband by her side.

Kate Middleton Flaunted Her Baby Bump

Thursday's event also marked the first time the couple went out without their baby.

"William and Kate have left baby Prince George with Jessie Webb, the 71-year-old former nanny to William and Harry," Chief Reporter at The Daily Telegraph, Gordon Rayner, tweeted.

Royal correspondent of the Daily Express, Richard Palmer, also tweeted some words that the royal couple announced.

"This is...our first evening out without him...excuse us if you see us nervously casting surreptitious glances at our mobile phones," he wrote. ""As you might have gathered, Catherine and I have recently become proud parents -of a baby who has a voice to match any lion's roar!"

Rayner also tweeted some other words from the Duke.

"William: Catherine and I very much hope to introduce George to East Africa, a place we know and love, in the fullness of time," he tweeted.
