Photographers witnessed former Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof out with a much younger man on Sept. 12 as they left a California restaurant holding hands.

The duo walked out of BOA Steak House in West Hollywood and smiled for the cameras, though Maloof tried to hide her face. The man's identity has not been confirmed by reports but Maloof was last known to be dating 33-year-old Sean Stewart, son to British singer-songwriter Rod Stewart. She was spotted with Sean days earlier at the Brent Shapiro Foundation Summer Spectacular for drug and alcohol, according to Wetpaint. They began dating in January 2013

The reality star and ex-husband Paul Nassif finallyreached a divorce agreement in late August after months of going back and forth regarding the settlement and custody of their children. Details of the agreement have not been released to the public. Maloof and Nassif were married for 10 years and together have three sons: Gavin and twins, Collin and Christian.

They released a joint statement stating they have "reached an agreement on all outstanding issues related to our divorce settlement and all pending litigation," and are now focusing on their children. 

"Our first priority is our children's' well-being and happiness. As their parents and advocates that is our goal" the statement read in part. "Our children are our most important treasures and need to be treated with the respect and privacy they deserve. We're happy to be moving forward with our lives in a positive way not only individually but as co-parents." 

Maloof starred on the Bravo reality series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2010-2013. She quit the show after reports surfaced that her twins were born via surrogate. Maloof never directly addressed the rumors.
