Kim Zolciak Pregnant With Twins 2013: 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' Star's New Baby Bump in Bikini PHOTO
Kim Zolciak looks good with her fifth pregnancy in a recent picture of her growing baby bump.
The mother-of-four let her fans know how well she is coming along by she posting an Instagram "selfie" on Sept. 14. She was going for a swim with her four children. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star wore a revealing black strapless bikini with white lace trim.
"Going swimming with the kiddos! The pool makes me feel so much lighter! This belly ... #twins #excited #blessed#nofilter," Zolciak captioned the photo of herself.
The reality star has been busy ever since she premiered her spin-off show Don't Be Tardy in the spring. She became pregnant again for the fifth time and recently moved into a custom mansion with her family, including husband Kroy Biermann.
E! News was one of the first to report on Aug. 19 news of Zolciak's pregnancy. She told the new outlet at the time, "I'm having twins and I couldn't be more excited."

She revealed on Twitter that her fifth pregnancy will be her last. When asked by a follower if she knew the sex of her twins, she replied, "We haven't found out yet but either way no more!"
After she shared picture of her new home on Aug. 16, a fan tweeted, "@Kimzolciak girl you gotta quit moving every time you're preggo," and Zolciak replied, "no more babies and no more moving THIS IS IT!!!"
Zolciak told followers the Biermann clan was moving into a new home in August. She tweeted, "Adios townhouse!! Some great memories! Not gonna miss u though ... soooo excited & We r so thankful for @sweetieHughes help! we ❤ u."
Minutes later, she shared a picture of her new mansion.
"My incredible hubby @biermann71 our amazing children and me poured our heart & soul into our new home and we r so excited! #dreamscometrue," she tweeted.
