Courtney Stodden landed her own reality show in th United Kingdom following the popularity she gained from appearing on Celebrity Big Brother UK season 12.

Stodden will star alongisde transgendered reality star Lauren Harries in a show that will follow their new friendship, the latter told Digital Spy on Sept 13. Harries also starred on Celebrity Big Brother UK. She found out the new show was green lit to premiere from Stodden's husband, Green Mile actor Doug Hutchison.

"Oh yes. We are doing a program together for Channel 5, I don't know if anybody knows this yet," Harries said. "I have been in contact with Doug [Hutchison] and it is all systems go." 

Harries plans to pursue a career in Hollywood and will be filmed during her stay at the couple's home. 

"It is a reality show with me and Courtney and it is about us being together in LA.  She is going to show me LA and her house, I'm going to stay there and it is going to be filmed," she explained.

Harries is a popular British TV personality who is currently writing a book about her life. She told the website she was happy to get a positive reaction from appearing on Celebrity Big Brother UK.

"I was delighted to be third. It was very nice. The reaction was fabulous and I was so pleased," she said. "The public were amazing and I would like to thank them for all the love and support."

Stodden 's reactions were both positive and negative. She said the hardest part about starring on Big Brother was being closed off from the world but the experience helped her become an adult.

"[The worst part] was boredom and not being able to communicate with my family," Stodden told E! Online"I was able to come away with strength, wisdom and positivity from my experience. I feel more like a grown woman."

Stodden was evicted from Celerity Big Brother UK on Sept. 11, two days before the season finale. Choreographer Louise Spencer was also evicted that same night. Their exits allowed Vicky Entwistle, Mario Falcone and Carol McGiffin to stay in the house.

Charlotte Crosby was crowned the winner in the season finale on Sept. 13.
