Fans of the British-American drama, Downton Abbey, have seen their fair share of heartache, which includes the losses of Matthew Crawley (Dan Stevens) and Lady Sybil (Jessica Brown Findlay).

However, the latest actor to make an exit will be Siobhan Finneran, who dons the role of O'Brien on the program. She will be on board for one episode in the upcoming installment to close out her character's storyline.

Apparently, some of the members of the establishment won't be taking too kindly to O'Brien's departure. With her exit, Mrs. Hughes (Phyllis Logan) will reportedly be taking on more house duty responsibilites, at least initially.

Logan recently dished to TV Guide about Mrs. Hughes' dilemma moving forward, which will be finding another maid for Lady Cora.

"Mrs. Hughes is tasked with the real headache of finding another lady's maid for Lady Cora. But someone interferes and ends up taking the decision out of Mrs. Hughes's hands, which is totally wrong. My toes get stepped on!" Logan said.

"Well, O'Brien's departure is a minor trauma, but it takes on an even greater proportion as a displacement for the major trauma, which is of course the hole created by Matthew's death," she added.

Downton Abbey will be kicking off its fourth season in the United States on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014. For more of the latest info on the popular TV series, be sure to keep checking back with Enstars.
