Tia Mowry addressed the pregnant rumors that began after she said she wanted to pregnant again.
"Being told you have a baby bump when you work out is a pretty big insult," Tia said on a recent episode of her reality show Tia & Tamera. "It's not a nice feeling when someone thinks that you're pregnant when you're not pregnant."
"I have to have my manager clarify if this is a rumor or not," she reportedly said on her reality show. She said she was upset about the pregnancy rumors because the character she will play on her upcoming sitcom, Instant Mom is not supposed to be pregnant.
"People can talk and people can blog and all of that. I just don't like when it affects what I do for a living," she explained. "I can't have that mistake happen again. I can't risk walking into a meeting and having executives think I'm pregnant," she said.
Mowry admitted that it forced her to step up her exercise regimen and she has been posting photos showing off her flat stomach on social media sites to debunk the rumors.
Mowry sparked the pregnancy rumors when her twin sister, Tamera Mowry, was seven months pregnant at the time and Tia old Access Hollywood she wanted to get pregnant again.
"It reminds me of all the cool things and amazing things that goes on in your mind when you're pregnant. I would love to go through that again," Tia reportedly told Access Hollywood. "I didn't have such an amazing pregnancy experience as my sister did- I had a lot of nausea. But, it's an amazing feeling being pregnant. I would love to have another baby very soon, sooner than later."
Tia gave birth to her son Cree in July, 2011. She and her husband, Cory Hardict, have been married for five years and renewed their vows this past spring. The couple had an intimate ceremony with 20 guests beachside in Malibu, Calif. in April, according to Us Weekly.
