New photos from the Season 5 of The Good Wife suggest that Alicia and Cary will go up against the NSA, and they might have to suffer the consequences.

In the second episode of the upcoming season, Alicia Florrick (Juliana Margulies) and Cary Agos (Matt Czuchry) will sue the NSA on behalf of search engine Chumhim. By doing so, Lockhart/Gardner will end up getting into some trouble as they will be subject to monitoring by the spy agency.

Ben Rappaport (Outsourced alum) who is guest starring this season as Alicia and Cary's new colleague, is featured in the photos that capture scenes from the courtroom. The pictures also feature Jeffrey Tambor, who will be reprising his role as Judge Kluger in this season.

In other stills from the episode, it seems like Alicia is getting some unexpected help from her mother Veronica (Stockard Channing).

Here's CBS 'Scoop' about the second episode,The Bit Bucket:

"Alicia and Cary sue the NSA on behalf of search engine Chumhum, unaware that Lockhart/Gardner's connection to a former client has resulted in the spy agency monitoring the firm's communications. Meanwhile, Alicia's mom takes steps to support her daughter, and Eli works to secure Diane's Supreme Court nomination, on The Good Wife. Jeffrey Tambor returns as Judge Kluger and Stockard Channing returns as Veronica."

Other guest stars will include Melissa George as Marilyn, Peter's ethics counsel; Ben Rappaport as lawyer Carey Zepps; and defense attorney Barry Scheck will guest star as himself.
