New information on the upcoming fifth season of White Collar has been released, featuring episode synopses and a new guest star.

The USA network released a synopsis of the first two episodes of the season on Tuesday. The premiere episode, titled At What Price, features the aftermath of Peter (Tim DeKay) being framed for the murder of Senator Pratt (Titus Welliver). He will be facing charges while Neal (Matt Bomer) tries to clear Peter's name.

Enstars previously reported that Neal will enlist in con man-turned-prisoner Curtis Hagen (Mark Sheppard) to help protect Peter in prison. This will likely prove to be difficult as Peter is the one who arrested Hagen in the series' very first episode.

Peter may not be in jail for long according to the synopsis for episode 2, titled Out of the Frying Pan. The synopsis states that Peter will assign Neal a new handler, suggesting that Peter may at least be out on probation if not cleared of all charges. Additionally, Neal may find his loyalties tested in episode 2 when an investigation seems to lead to Mozzie (Willie Garson).
