Miley Cyrus debuted her set of new tattoos on Tuesday, the same day Rolling Stone released its October 2013 issue with the 20-year-old on its cover.

The Wrecking Ball singer got two tattoos on her feet: the words "ROLLING" on her right foot and "$TONE on her left. She took a picture of the ink jobs and uploaded the image Tuesday on Instagram. Cyrus already has a dream catcher on her rib cage, a cross of two arrows on her right elbow, "Just Breath" right below her chest, "Love" on the inside of her right ear and a heart on her right hand. She reportedly has a total of 20 tattoos.

The former Disney star has a peace sign, an equal sign, a Leonardo da Vinci sketch on her right forearm, and on the inside of her left forearm, the words "THAT HIS PLACE SHALL NEVER BE WITH THOSE COLD AND TIMID SOULS WHO NEITHER KNOW VICTORY NOR DEFEAT."

"It's from a Teddy Roosevelt speech," she said. "It's about how people judge who wins and who loses, but they're not the ones in there fighting." In other words, "It's about critics."

20 Sexiest Rolling Stone Magazine Covers of All Time

Cyrus got the feet tattoos in August on North La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles. Beside her in the tattoo parlor was the journalist who spoke to her for her Rolling Stone cover story. She posed topless on the magazine cover's front page and covers her chest with crossed arms and leans against the edge of a pool.

Her Rolling Stone interview was conducted four days after Cyrus performed at the 2013 Video Music Awards. She admitted in the Oct. 8 issue that the controversial performance - in which she grinded on Robin Thicke and touched his privates with a foam finger - was not meant to be steamy.

"I wasn't trying to be sexy. If I was trying to be sexy, I could have been sexy," the self-proclaimed "kind of a semi-nudist" said. "I can dance a lot better than I was dancing...America is just so weird in what they think is right and wrong," she continues. "Like, I was watching Breaking Bad the other day, and they were cooking meth. I could literally cook meth because of that show."
