Though very little is known about Mad Men's upcoming final season, cast member Kiernan Shipka - who plays Sally Draper - recently revealed what's ahead for her character.

Shipka told E!Online at the Emmys Sunday that Sally would experience a style makeover in the final season.

"Her style at the beginning [of the series], rightfully so, looked like her mother dressed her and that's how it was supposed to be," Shipka said. "But this season it looks like she is dressing herself a little bit more and getting a little bit more sassy. Her skirts have been getting shorter and shorter throughout the season."

Sally was last seen in season 6 being sent away to boarding school. She was also shocked to walk in on father Don Draper (Jon Hamm) cheating on Megan (Jessica Pare). The season ended with Don showing Sally his childhood home, which seemed to mend fences between the pair.

Mad Men has not begun production on its final season yet, and January Jones - who plays Betty - said that she isn't too upset yet.

"We haven't even started shooting the last season, so it's not sad yet. It'll be the last first day soon, so that'll be sad," Jones said on the Emmys red carpet.

Series creator Matthew Weiner recently revealed that the final season would all be filmed at once despite airing half its episodes in 2014 and half in 2015.

Though the seventh and final season does not have a scheduled premiere date yet, it is expected to debut in spring 2014 with seven new episodes.
