Actor Charlie Hunnam continues to garner an increasing amount of attention after being cast as the S&M-crazed billionaire Christian Grey in E.L. James' film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.

The Sons of Anarchy star was recently spotted on the set of his TV series in gray coveralls on Thursday.

The English actor dished to E! Online that he's been heavily brushing up on the groundbreaking character, even stating that he has a plan on how to bring Grey to life.

"I did a lot of research and I did a lot of thinking about it and feel confident that I have a way to bring him to life that will be fun and exciting and honest," he said.

Actress Taryn Manning, a co-star of the 33-year-old on SOA, had been given the info on Sept. 6 that Hunnam was cast as Grey, and instantly praised him.

"Wait... what? That's so amazing! Really? Wow! That is total news to me. I love Charlie. Working on Sons of Anarchy with him, I mean he has a full accent and just watching him act on set, he is amazing," she said.

Fifty Shades screenwriter Kelly Marcel stated that she'd be sticking to the original content of author James' books with lots of sex and raunchiness. The highly anticipated movie is scheduled to launch in theaters on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2014.
