A series of tweets from home and design magnate Martha Stewart has left Apple fans wondering it the celeb is feuding with the tech company.

Stewart, however, revealed to Today that she was only kidding around.

"Twitter is very, very interesting because there are people who love it when you joke, and there are people who take you seriously and don't have a clue," Stewart said in a Friday morning phone call with the NBC show. "So it's been going on and on and on and it's actually very fun."

The rumors began on Wednesday when Stewart cracked her iPad, a gift from the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs.

"I just dropped my iPad on the ground and shattered two glass corners. What to do?does one call Apple to come and pick it up or do I take it?" Stewart asked her followers in what she claims was a joking manner.

However, some followers replied with annoyed messages regarding Stewart's flaunting of wealthy privilege while a few startup companies offered their repair services.

"So is it time to put out the fires and admit I was just pissed off at the fact my precious iPad shattered and I wanted to make light of it??" Stewart tweeted on Thursday.

Perhaps she should invest in a nice protective case for her next Apple device.
