Kim Kardashian made quite a splash during Sunday’s Givenchy show during Paris Fashion Week. Wearing a black dress with low-cut neckline, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star showed off ample cleavage as she hit the show with Kanye West.

The couple, who made a quick trip to London for meetings on Saturday evening via the Eurostar, are in the process of planning their wedding and Kim is eager to discuss wedding dress designs with a number of French fashion houses.

The insider told Radar Online: ''Kanye has set up multiple meetings with Chanel, Celine and Givenchy to design a new post pregnancy wardrobe for Kim. He thinks this is a prime opportunity for her to re-vamp her image.''

Back in August, the pair were rumored to be planning a "secret" wedding.

"They've been discussing marriage for a while," a source told Us Weekly of the pair in Aug. "A wedding is in the works."

It would be the third wedding for Kardashian but the very first for West.

"Kanye has never been married before and wants a big wedding," a Kardashian pal said. "So Kim is getting used to the idea again!"

Meanwhile, the pair left their daughter North at home in Los Angeles as they traveled to Europe. The first-time mom was upset to leave North, 3 months, behind for the first big getaway.

"Kim was sad to say goodbye," a source told Us Weekly. "This is the first time she's been away from the baby."
