Game of Thrones is preparing for another big wedding in the upcoming fourth season.

The popular fantasy series shocked viewers in season 3 with the infamous Red Wedding, but there will be another wedding in season 4 that might be equally memorable. George R.R. Martin, who wrote the A Song of Ice and Fire book series on which the show is based, told TV Guide Monday that the upcoming wedding will be big.

"It's going to be the wedding of the year, and as memorable in its own way as our wedding last season," he said. "It's what the fans call the Purple Wedding, based on the color of the wine, which plays a big part."

Martin is referring to the wedding of King Joffrey Baratheon (Jack Gleeson) and Margaery Tyrell (Natalie Dormer), which is featured in the second half of book three, A Storm of Swords.

Martin said that the wedding "look[s] spectacular. The bride's dress incorporates roses, there are 77 courses at the dinner feast, and there's some wonderful halftime entertainment."

In other Game of Thrones spoiler news, British actor Joel Fry has been cast for the key role of Hizdahr zo Loraq in season 4. The character is described as the "young scion of an ancient Meereenese family who crosses paths with Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke)."

Hidzdahr is a part of Meereen, the last of three slaver cities that Daenerys sets out to conquer. The character is first introduced in book 5, A Dance With Dragons.
