In the sneak peek for Monday's episode of The Voice, Adam Levine pulls a prank on Blake Shelton to land a contestant.

When Shelton is unable to turn his chair around to show his interest in a singer after her blind audition because it's stuck, Levine is amused at the failed attempt and blurted out, "His chair is broken!"

Shelton, visibly upset screams, "I didn't do that!"

Realizing Levine is responsible for the prank, Shelton yells at him, "You did this! You did this to me!"

"Did I?" Levine laughed.

"I like her, I like her a lot!" Shelton said about a contestant they are both trying to get on their teams.

"Yeah? Well I like her more and you didn't turn your chair around," Levine defends. "Sorry!"

Shelton with his back turned to the contestant that is off-camera tries to explain that he attempted to do a "360" for her but he couldn't turn his chair around.

Last week, the competition became physical--Levine playfully slapped Shelton because he was vying for a contestant to help him win the singing competition for the fourth time in row.

Shelton's country act, 16-year-old Danielle Bradbery won season 4 and when she did she was the youngest winner in the show's history. Shelton also won season 3 with his act Cassadee Pope and Season 2 with Jermaine Paul. Levine's contestant, Javier Colon, won season 1.

On Sept. 30, Levine walked up to Shelton's chair and told him, "We're gonna gun for you homey," adding, "You won three years in a row. You need to lose."

Shelton then dares Levine to hit him on his face for being so upset about his wins. Levine mildly slapped Shelton mildly and told him it "felt really good."
