Jimmy Kimmel and Kanye West may not be on the best of terms but that isn't going to stop the rapper from appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

The late night host unwittingly entered a feud with Kim Kardashsian's boyfriend following a September spoof on the ABC show.

After West made several interesting comments in his interview with Zane Lowe BBC Radio 1, including claiming he is the biggest of all rock stars, Kimmel recreated the conversation while substituting two children for West and Lowe (see video below).

"He said he is the number one rock star on the planet, what ever planet he's on," Kimmel said during his Sept. 24 show before airing the spoof. "Does Kanye West known your not supposed to be your own hype man?"

West did not appear to be a fan of the "Kanye Kid (Re)Kreation," taking to Twitter two days later to bash the talk show host. With a little bit of choice profanity, West tried to assert his superiority by bashing Kimmel's looks and hit ability to get women.

"YOU CAN'T PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES. YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY... IS THAT FUNNY?... OR IF I HAD A KID SAY IT WOULD IT BE FUNNY???" West wrote in one of his tamer tweets, all of which have since been removed.

However, Kimmel seems fairly calm going into tonight's meeting with the seemingly excitable rapper.

"Kanye and I had a disagreement a couple of weeks ago, and it got a little bit out of hand. Tomorrow night, we will sit down and discuss it like normal people do - on television," Kimmel said on yesterday's Jimmy Kimmel Live. "It'll just be us, and Dr. Phil. And neither of us is leaving until this government shutdown gets solved. So if you've always wanted to see a talk show host get strangled by a pair of leather jogging pants, join us tomorrow."

Jimmy Kimmel Live airs at 11:35 p.m. ET on ABC.
