According to the teaser for tonight's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian's priorities for North West's delivery were not in order.

The preview trailer reveals that Kardashian scheduled her glam squad in advance for after she gives birth but not her hospital room. 

During a gathering in a home with her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, Kim was asked  if she confirmed her hospital room and how she will sneak out after she gives birth. Kim confessed that she has yet to schedule her hospital bed for delivery.

She shocked her sisters when she asked, "How do I book a hospital?" 

"Wait you haven't booked a hospital, I told you to do that yesterday," Khloe said. "But you had time to call a glam squad?"

In her on-camera confessional, Kourtney said it is "typical" of Kim to not have her priorities in order-- to make sure she would look flawless after she gives birth before scheduling where she would have her baby.

"Typical Kim," Kourtney laments. "She hasn't even booked her hospital room or even packed a hospital bag yet but the glam squad is on hold and ready to go."

Before the reveal, Khloe tells Kourtney that people keep asking if the mother-of-two is expecting her third child. Kourtney lifts up her shirt and shows off her flat tummy and said she has a lot of weight to lose.

Kim would later give birth to her first child, a daughter North West on June 15 in Los Angeles. The father of the child is Chicago-raised rapper Kanye West.

Kim, West and North West have been staying in her mother Kris Jenner's Calabasas home until renovations are complete on their Bel Air mansion. 

The new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians wil premiere at 9 p.m. EST on E!
