The 17th season of Dancing With the Stars aired its fifth episode Monday night, which included the celebrities performing dances in tribute to a memorable year in their life.

Singer Christina Milian and partner Mark Ballas danced the Cha-cha-cha. Judge Len Goodman said that Milian had "great technique" while Carrie Ann Inaba said that her performance was "something special." The judges gave them a score of 28 out of 30.

Dancing the Waltz, reality star Jack Osbourne and partner Cheryl Burke had the audience on their feet. Judge Bruno Tonioli said Osbourne was "wonderful" while Inaba said that he had an exceptional quality to his dance. The judges gave them a score of 27 out of 30.

Actress Leah Remini danced Contemporary with Tony Dovolani to the song Roar by Katy Perry. Goodman said he loved the concept of her dance but said the lifts weren't great while Tonioli said they had good storytelling. The judges gave them a score of 22 out of 30.

High School Musical star Corbin Bleu danced a passionate Foxtrot with his partner Karina Smirnoff. Goodman said Bleu got the character of the dance straight away while Tonioli compared him to Fred Astaire and Ben Vereen. The judges gave them a score of 28 out of 30.

Dancing the Viennese Waltz, comedian Bill Engvall and partner Emma Slater had the crowd very emotional. All three judges commented on the touching spirit of Engvall's dance. The judges gave them a score of 24 out of 30.

Reality star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi enegetically danced Jazz with partner Sasha Farber. Inaba said that Polizzi continued to surprise her while Goodman said it was fun to watch. The judges gave them a score of 27 out of 30, their highest score of the season.

Actor Brant Daugherty and partner Peta Murgatroyd danced an expressive Contemporary. Tonioli called Daugherty's dance "absolutely wonderful" while Inaba said she was driven by his passion. The judges gave them a 27 out of 30 score.

Dancing the Foxtrot, Glee star Amber Riley and her partner Derek Hough received rave reviews from the judges. Tonioli called Riley a "performing powerhouse" but Goodman said there "wasn't enough Foxtrot" in their dance. The judges gave them a 26 out of 30.

Actress Elizabeth Berkley Lauren performed a Jive honoring her show Saved By the Bell with partner Val Chermkovskiy. Inaba said she took them back to the best years of her life while Goodman said her kicks were "clean and sharp." The judges gave them a 26 out of 30 score.

After all nine celebrities had danced, hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet revealed which were safe and which were in danger of elimination.

The hosts announced that Milian and Ballas received the lowest combined votes from the judges and America. They became the fourth pair eliminated from the season.

The next episode of Dancing With the Stars airs Monday, Oct. 21 at 8 p.m. on ABC, featuring the eight remaining celebrities dancing for their safety in the competition.
