Although Katie Holmes claims she's "not interested" in dating, the actress has reportedly embarked on a new romance with her ex-husband's close friend, actor Jamie Foxx.

The pair sparked dating rumors after they danced together to Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines at a Hamptons charity bash in late August -- and now, pals claim the pair are offically a couple.

“Katie and Jamie have been dating for a while,” an insider revealed to In Touch.

The pal added that Foxx has secretly been spending time at Katie’s apartment, too: "They’re very Mission: Impossible about their romance."

Back in August, Holmes' rep insisted they were still just "friends" -- but multiple sources have since confirmed the new relationship.

A second source told In Touch that one early morning in mid-September, a driver pulled in front of the Trump Soho Hotel, prepared to take Foxx to the set of his new flick Annie — but was surprised when Holmes stepped into the limo instead.

"A hotel employee confirmed that Katie had stayed at the hotel with Jamie and that she was taking his car,” the second source revealed. “So the driver drove her home to her Chelsea apartment."
