Kim Kardashian uploaded her first swimsuit photo on Wednesday flaunting all her assets since she became a mother, but fans are now wondering if she had plastic surgery performed on her butt. 

The 32-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star looks amazing in her white bikini pic she posted on Instagram. She just gave birth five months ago to North West and fans on Twitter are not convinced that her butt is real.

"Kim Kardashian butt looks fake and I'm not feeling her hair color...at all." one user wrote.

"#NoHomo but I really looked @ Kim Kardashian's butt for the first time. Its fake bc she doesnt have the thighs that come w/ that type of ass," another wrote.

Kardashian previously proved to her fans that her butt was indeed real after she got an X-ray performed on her family's reality show. But Life & Style reported the X ray was all a cover-up.

"Kim had lipo on her legs and the doctor moved the fat into her butt. That's why it didn't show up on the X-ray," a source said.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Michelle Copeland told Life & Style that the X-ray results are not conclusive proof.

"It definitely appears that Kim had her butt augmented," she said. "An implant has to be radio opaque to show up on an X-ray, so it's possible she has a type of implant that would not be detected."

Despite plastic surgery rumors, other fans are loving Kardashian's revamped image.
