It was first presumed Burruss might have called their wedding after Bravo released the new extended trailer for season 6 of TRHOA. In the clip, it is apparent that Burruss and Tucker are having relationship trouble-he refuses to sign a prenuptial agreement. He is also seen getting flirty with her BFF.

After, Burruss' mother asked her daughter how well does she know her fiancé, she asks him if he is willing to sign a prenuptial agreement.

"I'm not gonna sign anything," he replied to the shock of Burruss and her mother.

"I think he's an opportunist," Burruss' mother later tells Burruss co-star Phaedra Parks, a famed attorney who represents her.

Tucker proposed to Burruss on Jan. 1. The couple shared the news in an interview with Us magazine and posed for a photo in which Burruss, 36, stood in front of her fiancée sporting a two-carat diamond ring. Burruss said she was "totally surprised" but "so excited" because she always thought she would never get married.

Burruss and Tucker recently announced they are co-producing a theatrical play that will show for short time in Atlanta. Titled, A Mother's Love, the cast features Burruss. Eddie Levert, Shirley Murdock, D. Woods, 112's Q Parker and Chandra Currelly.
