Reality star Kim Zolciak is set to deliver twins next month and she shared a photo collage of her massive baby bump.

The reality star deemed her fifth pregnancy a miracle and explained that she is still in shock that she is expecting twins with her husband, NFL player Kroy Biermann.

"My bump today!!!!" Zolciak captioned the Oct. 20 Instagram picture collage featuring three images of herself. "What an incredible miracle! I am so blessed and grateful! Don't know if I'll ever get over the fact [there are] two babies in my tummy - I'm still in shock, lol!!"

When the Don't Be Tardy star announced her due date earlier this month she also expressed her gratitude for meeting Biermann. She shared a picture on Instagram of the couple's first encounter at a charity event in 2010. The evening played out during a previous season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

She captioned the photo: "The moment my life changed forever literally!! We have since welcomed 2 beautiful boys, expecting twins NEXT MONTH and Kroy is legally Brielle and Ariana's father! I live a dream! I'm beyond blessed and grateful!!! Your life can change in a second literally!!! Ask Believe and Receive!!"

The couple wed in 2011 and welcomed their first son, Kroy Jagger Biermann, on May 30, 2011. Kash was born a year later on Aug. 15, 2012. Her two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, are from a previous relationship.

Zolciak announced her fifth pregnancy during the season finale of Don't Be Tardy, when it aired on June 25. She took multiple home pregnancy tests and read the results from all of them at the same time.

She later told E! News on Aug. 19 that she is pregnant with twins, adding, "I couldn't be more excited."
