Kendall and Kylie Jenner may be known by some because of their famous half-sisters -- Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian -- but have over the years made a name for themselves as models and designers due to their clothing line with PacSun.

Talking to Glamour magazine for its March 2013 issue about being connected to such a well-known last name and living a public life, Kendall said, "We appreciate everything that we have, but we don't remember what it's like to be normal kids who aren't harassed by the paparazzi. I hate that."

"We're underage girls. I don't want to be followed by random men I don't know," she added. "It can also be hard to deal with other kids who are jealous or mean. I can't post a picture on Instagram without being criticized."

"We don't really have privacy, but we have an aspect that people don't know about," Kylie added.

Kendall and Kylie are children to former Olympian Bruce Jenner and Kardashian matriach/former talk show host Kris Jenner. The couple announced their divorce after 22 years of marriage earlier in October. They have two children together -- the Jenner sisters -- and each have older children from previous marriages.

Kendall and Kylie announced in summer 2012 that they co-authoring a science-fiction book with Maya Sloane for Simon & Schuster. The novel is reportedly set 200 years in the future and starring two sisters, and Kendall tweeted in March of this year that it is in the editing process.

When asked by The Huffington Post in August where they hope to be in five years, Kendall said she hopes to continue modeling while Kylie had other aspirations.

"I want to try acting and pursue the designing career," the younger Jenner said. "I've had so much fun with our clothing line and our jewelry line even. It's just such a cool world that I've been blessed to get a chance of knowing."
