Actor Robert Downey Jr, was named the Most Valuable Star of 2013 by Vulture.

The magazine combined domestic and overseas box office totals, studio value, likeability, Oscars, critics' scores, Twitter mentions and tabloid value when deciding which Hollywood stars would make the list. The Iron Man star was dubbed "The King" for leading the list for the second time.

Leonardo DiCaprio was named "The Star Who Started Smiling Again" and landed the No. 2 spot. Jennifer Lawrence was labeled "The Breakthrough BFF" and was in third place on the top 100 list. The magazine wrote about the Hunger Games beauty, "Nobody has navigated instant fame better than her."

Closing off the top 5 was Sandra Bullock as "The Never-Been-Better Superstar and "Golden Boy" Brad Pitt.

Numbers six through 10 were male-dominated. Will Smith, Christian Bale, Denzel Washington, Tom Hanks and Johnny Depp were given the honors, respectively.

Moving up this year was Hugh Jackman at No. 11, called "The Entertainer." Pitt's wife, Angelina Jolie, followed at No. 12 for being "The Ultimate Star," though she has not been in a motion picture since 2010's The Tourist.

Matt Damon fell to the No. 19 spot and was named "The Star Who Slipped" after struggling with box office sales in 2012. Behind him at No. 20 was Oz the Great and Powerful star Mila Kunis for being "The Game-For-Anything Gamine."

Earlier this year, he ranked No. 1 on Forbes' annual list of the highest paid actors, banking $75 million from June 2012 to June 2013 thanks to the box office sales from last year's The Avengers.
