Matthew Fox has been charged with driving under the influence after he was pulled over last week for a traffic violation.
The "Lost" actor, was charged with DUI and driving without a license, according to People.

Fox was first pulled over last week for not driving within a lane and failing to use an appropriate signal.

The Bend, Ore., Police Department said the officer who pulled Fox over determined that he could be drunk. He was taken into custody at the Deschutes County Adult Jail and released later that day.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on June 7.

Fox is mostly known for his role as Charlie Salinger in "Party of Five" and the series "Lost".  He was named one of People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People in the World in 1996. He has stated that he is "done with television" after "Lost". He starred in a stage play at London's West End in 2011.

He has been married to his wife Margherita Ronchi for 20 years and have two children together.

Last year, Fox reportedly punched a female bus driver in the groin outside of Christie's Cabaret in Cleveland, Ohio. Prosecutors did not press charges but a civil suit related to the incident has been filed.

Last week, TV anchor Jane McGarry, 56, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
