The dirt is indeed for the Oct. 24, 2013 episode of CBS' The Young and the Restless, and it features Devon, Cane and Lily addressing the Delia's death, Jack and Jill igniting a new idea, and Michael being sentenced.

At On The Boulevard, Jack and Jill talk about Billy's usage of alcohol, as Jill remembers a time when she thought Phillip has died. The two brainstorm plans to aid Billy.

Meanwhile, Paul runs into Christine at the station to discuss Michael's upcoming sentencing hearing. Paul states that Carmine is responsible for similar crimes. However, Christine reasons that Michael has made a change.

Later on, Chloe becomes fanatic about Delia's missing scarf.

"It was attached to her hat."

Kevin gives his word that they'll locate it.

At the hearing, Lauren is concerned and tells Michael about what is going to transpire. She's happy that Fen is still in rehab.

Michael soon gives a statement about what led to Carmine's shooting. Christine states that she thinks Michael behaved appropriately and he should get a minimal sentence. The judge queries Michael on if he feels any guilt. Michael says he has no regrets for guarding his family.

Billy pours himself a drink at Boulevard and notices that Jack and Jill are appealing for help in regards to the hit-and-run. They offer a $100,000 reward for info that leads to an arrest.

At the Chancellor mansion, Cane and Devon witness Jill becoming more and more upset as she talks to the media about Delia. Devon soon interrupts, stating he'lll put up a sum of a million dollars.
