Zac Efron and Lily Collins fueled rumors that they have rekindled their romance after they were spotted holding hands in Disneyland Thursday.

A fan who was at the park snapped a picture of the pair together and shared the image on Twitter. Efron wore a baseball cap with a T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. Collins was dressed in a tank top with red jeans and matching flat shoes. Though the outing had many speculating that they are dating, a source close to Collins' party told E! News she and Efron are just "hanging out" and "not dating."

They were also seen together going to the movies on Oct. 13.

Efrona and Collins dating for four months in 2012 but split due to their hectic career schedules. Hollywood insiders revealed their separation in June 2012.

"It's true that their schedules are crazy right now, which isn't conducive to a relationship being easy," an insider told Us Weekly at the time. "They're no longer together. They were never serious, though; it was just a casual thing and it fizzled. They were never in the same place at the same time."

"Zac was never very serious about her," a second source added. "He didn't talk about her to friends."

Collins, the daughter of British singer Phil Collins, previously dated her Abduction co-star and Twilight star Taylor Lautner. They ended their courtship in September 2011.

Efron became a teenage heartthrob after his appearance in Disney's High School Musical. He was in a long-term relationship with his co-star, Vanessa Hudgens, from 2006-2010.

News broke in September that Efron was in a rehabilitation facility for drug use. TMZ later reported he was been in rehab twice this year for a "serious cocaine addiction."

A source told the gossip website the actor began a cocaine habit two years ago and has also usedthe drug Molly. Shortly after, it was reported has had a secret girlfriend who has been his support system during his struggles and no one knows about her because he works hard to keep his personal life out of the headlines.

"He's had a serious girlfriend for a while now and he's managed to keep that totally secret so I'm not surprised he was able to keep his trip to rehab secret for so long," a source allegedly close to the star told Hollywood Life. "Zac is really good at keeping it together, he's a huge control freak and has always been obsessed with keeping his partying on the down low, this getting out is his worst nightmare. He cares so much about keeping his private life private."
