The football team at Vanderbilt will be facing off against Texas A&M at 12:21 p.m. EST Saturday.

The 16th ranked Texas A&M Aggies (5-2) will be playing the unranked Vanderbilt Commodores (4-3) on the Aggies' home turf at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas. Saturday's game will be their first matchup in the teams' histories. Texas A&M has the advantage over Vanderbilt among oddsmakers.

2012 Heisman winner Johnny Manziel is hoping to lead Texas A&M to victory on Saturday. The quarterback should receive help from wide receiver Mike Evans, who has racked up 1,024 yards and nine touchdowns so far this season. In last Saturday's game, Evans caught 11 passes for 287 yards with four scores.

Evans and the Aggies will have to contend with Vanderbilt wide receiver Jordan Matthews. The wide receiver is second to Evans with an average of 114 receiving yards per game. Matthews has also scored five touchdowns.

Texas A&M is on the outside looking in for a slot in the BCS. A win against Vanderbilt would bring them closer to an at-large berth. Losing to the Commodores would spell disaster for the team.

As for Vanderbilt, winning against Texas A&M would give the team momentum going forward after a win last week against the Georgia Bulldogs.
